Tanjung Langsat Industrial Complex (TLIC) is located in the Southeast of Johor and about 40.0 km from Johor Bahru, the Johor’s state capital.

The 5,000 acres’ industrial complex has been designed to cater to light, medium and heavy industries. The development of the complex began in the year 1993 and had been well received by multinational investors. |

Specific industries targeted for this complex are Palm Oil related, Petrochemical, Chemical, Oil & Gas, Steel Fabrication and marine related. To date, TLIC has attracted more than 50 local and multinational companies (MNC) with a combined investment of close to RM15.0 billion. Among the world-renowned investors are Titan Petrochemicals, Kiswire, Dairen Chemicals, Acerinox, Orgkhim BHC and Technip.

Langsat OSC Sdn Bhd, a joint venture between Langsat Marine Base Sdn Bhd and OSC International Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Olifields Supply Center Limited, Dubai operate and manage the regional marine supply base to cater the upstream activities of the Oil & Gas industry. |

An area measuring 183.8 acres has been allocated for Palm Oil Industrial Cluster (POIC). Among industries operating in POIC are YPJ Palm International Sdn. Bhd, Inno-wangsa Oils & Fat Sdn Bhd, Evyap Sabun and Musim Mastika.

TLIC is supported by a dedicated port namely Tanjung Langsat Port. The Port’s development started in early 2002. Initially the facility provided was an L-shaped liquid cargo jetty which operational in 2003. As demand grew, so did the Port with the installation of another wing to accommodate 5 additional berths, thus enabling the Port to provide a total of 7 berths (Berth 1,2,3,4,5,8 & 9) that can accommodate vessels ranging from 5,000 DWT to 150,000 DWT for liquid cargoes.

A Bulk & Break Bulk jetty was constructed in 2008 and became operational in mid-2011. |
